Connection Issues – Linux Repair Disk Prompt

When Linux boots up I get a “Repair Disk Prompt” and the system does not fully boot up.

This message means the computer was not shutdown properly and Linux was unable to automatically repair all disks.

  1. If prompted for a user password enter your root password.
  2. At the “repair disk” prompt type in: fsuk -s -A  and press Enter.
  3. When prompted for various repair options just press y.
  4. Once you are back at the “repair disk” prompt type exit and press Enter to reboot the computer.
